Kids Marketplace

Downtown Bainbridge will host a Kids Marketplace on Friday, June 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., giving young entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase and sell their handmade creations in a fun and supportive community environment.

The Kids Marketplace is designed to encourage creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurial skills among local youth. Participants will have the chance to create products, interact with customers, manage sales, and experience what it’s like to run their own small business.

Children ages 5-14 are encouraged to sell handcrafted items such as artwork, jewelry, crafts, homemade decorations, and other creative products. The event aims to inspire innovation while teaching valuable lessons in responsibility, communication, and financial literacy.

Community members are invited to come downtown, support local youth, and shop unique handmade items created by talented young entrepreneurs.

The Kids Marketplace is part of the City of Bainbridge’s ongoing efforts to create engaging community events that support families, local businesses, and future generations of leaders and creators.

To participate in the event, the City of Bainbridge asks that participants complete the registration form by June 5 and bring a donation of any amount to support the Bainbridge-Decatur County Humane Society on the day of the event.
