Planning & Zoning Administrator:  Bryan Barnett

The planning and zoning department processes requests for matters relating to zoning issues, subdivision requests, special permission requests, variance requests, tree removal requests, nuisance abatement, and administers the commercial contractor examination.  

 The latest editions of the standard building, plumbing, mechanical, gas, low-voltage, CABO One and Two Family Dwelling, and national electric codes are enforced by this department.
