The Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction that hears traffic violations issued within the corporate city limits of Bainbridge as well as violations of city ordinances.

This court maintains accurate files and dispositions of misdemeanor offenders of fines imposed on persons convicted in this court. They are also responsible for preparation of case file documents for court docket and are legally and financially responsible for all fees and fines that are collected and disbursed to all proper State funds.
